We run things from Saarthi Residency in the Christian Society part of Vadodara. Bhupender Poultry Farms Llp is basically a family-run kind of thing. Living and working in the same area means there is never really a time when we aren't thinking about the birds. Vadodara is a busy place, but our little corner is relatively quiet. Dealing with poultry is a twenty-four-hour job. There’s always something to clean, something to feed, or a delivery to organize. We don’t have a big staff, so we do most of the heavy lifting ourselves. The residency is a nice place, but we spend most of our time out where the actual farming happens. It's a lot of physical work and the smell of the farm is something you just get used to. We don't have any polished brochures. If you want to know what we do, you just have to come and see the work. Sometimes things get messy, and there’s always a problem to solve, like a broken feeder or a late truck. We just deal with it. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't. We’re just local people in Gujarat raising poultry and making sure we can provide for our families. It’s hard work but it’s honest and it keeps us busy every single day of the week.
