Our company is Accura Specialty Foods Private Limited and we are located in Naroda. You can find us at Plot No.22 in Phase-03. We are right near Kishor Oil Mill which is a big place everyone knows around here. Working in the food industry is tough because you have to be so careful with everything. We spend a lot of time cleaning and checking things over. Naroda is a busy industrial hub so there is always noise and movement outside. We have been here for a while now. The building is just a standard plot but it has everything we need for the specialty foods we handle. We have a few guys working in the back and a couple of us up front handling the orders. It gets hot in the summer especially with the machines running. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. We don't really do the fancy corporate stuff. No big meetings or long speeches. We just look at what needs to be shipped out and we get it done. Sometimes the supply of ingredients is late and that throws a wrench in the whole day. But you learn to deal with it. It’s a practical business and we are practical people. We just want to do our job and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s hard work but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. That's the main thing.
