Teacher Craft

Teacher Craft is tucked away at Shop No. P/44 in Katra Umar Khan. We are very close to the Taj Gate, so we see a lot of people passing through this area every single day. It is a small shop, but it is packed with all sorts of things we have collected or made. The area of Katra Umar Khan is quite old and the lanes can be a bit narrow. We like being here because it feels like the heart of the town. We don't have any big mission statements or goals. We just open the shop every morning and see what the day brings. Most of our work involves making or fixing various craft items. It can get a bit messy with scraps and tools lying around, but that is just how we work. We don't really bother with being polished or looking like a big company. It is just a few of us who enjoy working with our hands. People stop by for a chat as much as they do to buy things. Being near Taj Gate means we sometimes get visitors from outside the city too. We just treat everyone the same and try to be useful. It is a simple way to make a living and we have been doing it this way for quite a while now. If you get lost looking for the shop, just ask anyone near the gate for Katra Umar Khan.
