We've been here in Bai Ka Bazar for a while now. Running St. Marry Inter College in Sikandra keeps us busy, especially with all the students coming in from around Agra. It’s an old building, but it does the job. Most of us grew up around here so we know the families well. The classrooms get a bit noisy when the market is in full swing outside, but you get used to it after a few days. We try to keep things organized. It's mostly just about getting the kids through their exams and making sure they learn something useful before they head off to whatever is next for them. Sometimes the fans don't work great in the peak of summer, so we're looking into fixing that. Agra is very hot, you know. We have a small staff and we all pretty much do everything from the paperwork to managing the front gates. People come by the office for all sorts of things, mostly just checking on marks or asking about holiday dates. It’s not a fancy place. Just a regular school helping the local kids get their certificates. We spend a lot of time just talking to parents who drop by after finishing their shopping in the bazaar. It feels like a community spot more than a big institution. We don't have a big playground, but the kids find space to run around. It's just how things are here. We do our work and the day goes by.
