You can find Shri Shailraj D J G I College in Radha Nagar, which is in the Sikandra area of Agra. It’s a bit away from the main tourist spots, which makes it a decent place for a college. The campus consists of a few buildings that have been added to over time. We have a main gate where a guard usually sits and watches people come and go throughout the day. The classrooms are fairly large, though they can get quite hot in the peak of the Agra summer. We have fans in every room, but sometimes they just move the warm air around. The labs have their own equipment that we try to keep in good shape for the practicals. Students spend a lot of time in the common areas or under the trees when they aren't in a lecture. The office staff stays busy with all the registration work and keeping the schedules on track. It’s a lot of manual work and filing, honestly. We have a small parking area for scooters and bikes which is always overflowing by midday. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, but it gets tense during the exam months. We don’t use any fancy language to describe ourselves; we are just a local college providing a place for people to study. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s just a normal part of life here in Radha Nagar, and we've been here for years.
