Shri Mahavir S Niketan Int College

Shri Mahavir S Niketan Int College is tucked away on Untigir Road in Kheragarh. Since we are in the Agra area, it gets quite hot in the summers, but the building stays relatively cool with the fans going. It’s an intermediate college, so we have the older students preparing for their boards. You’ll see them gathered near the front gate on Untigir Road before the first bell rings. Kheragarh is the kind of place where news travels fast, so most people know who we are without us having to say much. The classrooms are basic with wooden benches and blackboards that have seen better days. We don't have a lot of modern gadgets, but there is plenty of teaching going on. The teachers walk from the staff room to the classes with their registers tucked under their arms. Sometimes the power goes out, and everyone just opens the windows wider to let the breeze in. It is a very local setup. There’s a bit of dust from the road outside, but that’s just part of life here. Students come from the nearby villages and the town itself. It’s not a polished corporate institution, just a regular college where the focus is on getting through the syllabus and helping the kids get their certificates. Everyone here is just doing their job, and the students are mostly trying to do their best before they head home in the afternoon.
