Raj Int College

If you take the Kaharai Road down toward Devi Puram, you’ll find Raj Int College. It’s tucked away in a spot that’s easy to find once you know the landmark. We have been here in Agra for a good number of years now. The building is a standard brick structure, and it looks like most of the other colleges in this part of town. Students come in from all over the local area, some walking and others on cycles. The classrooms are just normal rooms with wooden desks that have seen a lot of use over the seasons. In the summers, it gets quite warm, so the ceiling fans are always going full speed. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is usually just on the books and getting the syllabus finished before the exams start. It’s a busy place during the daytime, with a lot of noise in the hallways between classes. We try to keep things organized, but with so many teenagers around, there’s always something happening. The staff room is usually full of notebooks piled up on the tables. It’s a practical environment where people come to get their work done. We see a lot of different faces every year, and it’s interesting to see how the neighborhood has changed around us while we’ve stayed in this same spot in Devi Puram. It stays busy from morning to evening, and that is just how it goes for us.
