Morning Rays Inter College

Morning Rays Inter College is right there on Fatehabad Road in Agra, specifically in the Nawamil area. People usually think of the Taj Mahal when you mention Agra, but out here on Fatehabad Road, life is just about the daily commute and getting things done. We chose the name because the front of our building catches the first light of the morning. It’s an Inter College, so our students are a bit older and getting ready for the real world. This means the atmosphere is a little more serious than a primary school, though there is still plenty of shouting during the breaks. The building is right on the main road, which is convenient for the buses but means we get a fair bit of dust. We have a small courtyard where everyone gathers for the morning assembly. It’s nothing fancy, just some concrete and a few potted plants that we try to keep watered. My office is near the front, and I spend a lot of time talking to parents about exams and future plans. We aren't a high-end private school with a swimming pool or anything like that. We are just a local college trying to provide a place for students in the 282001 area to finish their schooling. It gets hot, the traffic is loud, and the paperwork never ends, but we’ve been here for years and we know how to handle it well enough.
