Dr. Karn Singh Inter College

This is Dr. Karn Singh Inter College located in Rahlai. It’s a village area in Agra, not too far from the main city but far enough that it feels like the countryside. The college is right there in the Vill & Post - Rahlai area. Most people around here know us because we’ve been part of the village life for years. We handle the intermediate levels, so it’s mostly older kids finishing up their schooling. The building is a basic concrete structure with a few floors. It’s not very modern but it works for what we need. In the mornings, you can see the students walking down the dirt paths to get here. It gets very dusty during the dry months, and the rain makes it a bit muddy around the entrance. We have a few trees in the courtyard where students sit during their free time. The staff room is always full of tea cups and old registers. We don’t really do anything fancy or have high-tech gadgets. It’s just books, pens, and the usual classroom stuff. Sometimes the local monkeys come around the roof, which causes a bit of a distraction. Agra weather is tough, so the summers are quite long and sweaty in the rooms. We just keep the windows open and hope for a breeze. It’s a quiet life here in Rahlai, and we just keep the college running for the kids nearby.
