Arjun College

Arjun College is right here in Agra, specifically in the 282002 zip code area. It is a place for older students who are trying to finish their higher studies. The building isn't anything special, just a solid structure where classes happen every day. We see a lot of students coming in from different parts of the city. Some take the bus while others come on their own bikes. The parking area usually gets pretty full by nine in the morning. Inside, the hallways are often filled with students leaning against the walls and talking between their lectures. Our classrooms have those wooden benches that have been around for quite a while. We have a small library where it stays mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the noise of the Agra streets. The administrative office is small and usually has a stack of papers waiting to be signed. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy signs. Most of our money goes into keeping the lights on and the place running for the students. It can get very hot during the peak of summer, so we keep the windows open to catch any breeze. It is a local college for people who want to stay close to home while they study. We have been a part of this community for years, just doing our thing day after day.
