Adars Kisan I College is out here in Garhi Nauhwar, right in the Agra area. We’ve been operating in this village for a good number of years now. Most of the folks around here know us well because their children or even they themselves studied in these classrooms. It isn't a huge, sprawling campus with glass buildings, just a solid brick place where students come to get their work done. We start early in the morning, and you’ll see the kids walking in from all directions. The teachers are mostly locals who understand the community well. We have some basic furniture, old blackboards that have seen a lot of chalk, and a small area where kids can run around during the break. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time sweeping the floors. It's a simple setup. We don't have fancy websites or big advertisements. People just know where we are. If you walk through the village, you can't miss the gate. Inside, it's usually noisy with the sound of lessons being read out loud. We try to keep the fans running when it’s hot, though the power can be a bit tricky sometimes. It’s a practical place for learning. Parents drop by often just to check on things or have a quick word with the staff. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily schedule, making sure the kids have their books and are following the lessons properly. It’s how we’ve always done it.
