Thirumala Earth Movers

Thirumala Earth Movers is based out of house number 1-2 in Bondidi village. This is in the Neradigonda area. It is a small setup, mostly just us and the heavy machinery. We keep the equipment parked on the plot near the house when we aren't out on a project. Digging and moving dirt is what we do every day. It is hard work and the machines require a lot of maintenance to keep them running right. We spend a lot of time covered in grease or red soil, fixing things and making sure the blades are sharp enough for the task. People in Bondidi know us by the sound of the engines starting up in the morning. We help out with leveling land for houses or clearing out old stumps and rocks for the farmers. There is no front desk or secretary here. You just come to the door or call us up if you have a job that needs doing. Sometimes the work takes us quite far into the district, and other days we are just working a few streets away. It is a practical business. We deal with the weather, the breakdowns, and the long hours under the sun. We don't really have a sales pitch or anything like that. We just show up with the machine, do the digging that’s requested, and then head back home to Bondidi when the sun starts to set. It is simple work, but someone has to do it.
