Our business is situated at house number 1-46 in Mahagaon village, which is in the Narnoor mandal. We go by Sri Balaji Earth Movers. It is a pretty straightforward operation we run from our residence. We have the heavy equipment parked nearby, and that is usually what people see first when they come looking for us. Digging foundations, clearing out scrub, and moving piles of earth is the daily routine around here. The machines are big and can be a bit temperamental, so we spend a lot of time on repairs and general upkeep. We aren't big on fancy talk or polished presentations. If someone has a plot of land that needs work, they come by the house and we talk about what needs to be done. It is a lot of dust and noise, but it gets the job finished. Narnoor has its share of rocky ground, so the work can be tough on the equipment. Taking it day by day is the only way to manage, going where the work is. Sometimes we are out in the fields and other times we are helping with road work. It is just about being practical and getting the machinery to do what it’s supposed to do. When the day is over, we bring everything back to Mahagaon and get ready for the next one. It is a simple way of life and it keeps us busy enough.
