Durga Bhavani Travels

You can find us over at 2-54 in Downwlly Thanda, which is part of the Kuntala area. It is a bit out of the way for some people, but it is home for us. Durga Bhavani Travels started because people in the Thanda needed a way to get around without too much trouble. We don't have a big fleet of luxury cars or a polished office in a high-rise building. It’s mostly just a few of us and some reliable vehicles that have seen a lot of miles. The roads around here can be pretty rough, especially after it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning mud off the tires. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of benches for people to wait. We usually have the radio playing in the background. Most of our customers are people we see every day at the local market or the temple. We talk about the crops or the weather while we sort out their tickets. It’s a slow pace of life here. We don't use any complicated systems. Everything is written down in a big ledger book that we keep on the main desk. We just try to be helpful and make sure the drivers are ready when they need to be. It’s a small, honest operation in a quiet part of the country. We just focus on getting people where they need to go.
