Pssk Integrated Farm Private Limited operates out of Tihuria village, specifically in the Dakshinpara area near Sonarpur. Prashana Agarwal is where we've got our main base of operations. We aren't a massive corporation with a bunch of departments; it’s really just a small group of us trying to run an integrated farm properly. We deal with all sorts of things, from livestock to whatever crops are in season. Sonarpur has changed a lot over the years, but out here in Tihuria, it still feels like the countryside. Our team spends a lot of time fixing fences, checking on the animals, and making sure the irrigation is working like it should. Sometimes things break and we have to patch them up with whatever we have on hand. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big website or a public relations person. If you want to know what we’re doing, you just come down to the village and see the work for yourself. It’s practical work and it’s often tiring. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves and have a bit more control over the farming process from start to finish. It’s a lot of responsibility, and the days are long, but we like being our own bosses out here in the dirt. We try to keep things simple and honest while we build our business.
