We are just some folks from Basanti working the land. It started because a few of us here at 05, Dindar Gharinafargang needed a better way to handle our harvests. Most days you'll find us out in the fields or sitting by the shed talking about the rain. Farming around here isn't easy, especially when the weather doesn't go right. Basanti Krishi Bikas Producer Company Limited is just our way of keeping things organized. We handle whatever crops come in during the season. Sometimes it’s rice, other times it’s vegetables. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a small spot where we keep our papers and meet up. It gets pretty dusty in the summer and muddy when the monsoon hits.
