Modern Krishak Bandhu Farmer Producer Company Limited

This group is based out of Pir Sahebmore in the Dasparachopra area. If you are looking for us, we are right there at Raju Das's place. We are a collection of farmers who decided to team up. The name Modern Krishak Bandhu sounds a bit formal, but we are just regular people working in the dirt. Most of us have been farming around here for a long time. Working together helps us get things done that we could not do alone. It is not always easy, especially with how the market goes. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds and what to plant next. The office is not much to look at, just a practical space where we handle our paperwork and meet up. Being in a place like Chopra means we are right in the middle of a lot of agricultural activity. We try to help each other out with equipment or selling what we harvest. It is a lot of manual labor and long hours under the sun. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just grow things and try to get a fair price for them. It is a local effort by people who live right here in the community. You might see us around Daspara most days. We are just trying to keep the farming tradition going while making it work for everyone involved. We do not have many employees, just us members helping each other.
