Piscary Aquaculture Private Limited

We are Piscary Aquaculture Private Limited, located at Hatiya Gachhi in Ward Number 32. It’s a busy enough spot, but we stay focused on our fish tanks and ponds. This company wasn't started by people in suits, but by folks who know how to handle fish. We spend a lot of our time making sure the oxygen levels are right and the water isn't getting too stagnant. It's a lot of monitoring and physical work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. Most of our neighbors see us coming and going with supplies or moving the catch. We decided to go the private limited route to keep the books straight and make sure we can grow a bit if the opportunity comes up. But at the end of the day, it's about the fish. If they aren't healthy, we don't have a business. We face the usual problems like everyone else, like finding good feed that doesn't cost a fortune or dealing with the summer heat. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job with what we have in Hatiya Gachhi. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. No corporate nonsense, just real work and trying to make sure the fish we sell are something we’re okay with putting our name on. It's a long day, usually starting before the sun is up.
