Mechanical Masters

We’re over at 155 Hari Nagar Ashram, right in the thick of things. Mechanical Masters is what we go by, and as the name suggests, we spend our time working on machines and engines. The shop is usually a bit messy because that’s just the nature of mechanical work. There’s always some oil on the floor and tools scattered around the benches. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The noise from the traffic outside can be pretty loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. A small group of us enjoys figuring out why something isn’t running right. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that; people usually just stand around and chat while we take a look at their gear. Doing honest work keeps us busy from morning until evening. Some jobs are quick fixes and others take a few days of scratching our heads. We don’t try to act like we know everything, but we’ve seen enough over the years to handle most problems. The neighborhood knows us as the guys who are always covered in a bit of grease. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and see what needs fixing. Life here is simple, really. We just do what we know how to do best. We like the challenge of a broken engine.
