If you know the area near Escort Hospital on Okhla Road, you might have passed our place. Aircon Engineer'S Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Room No B3 of House No-13 in Sarai Jullena. It is a busy little corner of New Delhi, and there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We have been operating from this room for a while, and it’s packed to the ceiling with manuals, spare parts, and tools we’ve gathered over the years. Being so close to the hospital means there is always traffic, but it also makes us easy to find. We are a small team, and we spend most of our time out at different sites across the city. Delhi summers are no joke, so from March until September, we are basically running on very little sleep. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. We just have this one room where we plan our routes and take calls on a couple of old phones. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit disorganized, but we always know which client needs what.
