Harshit Metal Industries

Harshit Metal Industries is located in the GIDC area of Jamnagar, specifically at 6/c Haribhai Ni Vadi. We are on 49 Udyog Road, right in the Shankar Tekri part of the industrial estate. If you’ve ever been to Jamnagar, you know it’s all about metal here. Our shop is surrounded by other small factories, and the sound of machines clicking and clacking is constant from morning until evening. It’s a dusty place, and the ground is usually covered in metal shavings, but that’s just how it is in Udyognagar. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite some time now. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can run our machines and store the raw materials. We mostly work with brass and other metals, doing the kind of jobs that require a bit of patience and a lot of sweat. The sun hits the roof of the shed in the afternoon and it gets pretty warm, so we usually take a long break for lunch and some tea. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s no corporate talk or big meetings. We just look at the drawings, set the machines, and get to work. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, so we all help each other out when a machine breaks down or someone needs an extra hand with a heavy load.
