You can find us at Bsdvimtalab, Phase-2, Ida, Cherlapally. Dodla Dairy has been a part of the morning routine for a lot of families for a long time now. Our facility in Cherlapally is always moving, even when most people are still asleep. The milk trucks arrive early, and the sound of crates clinking together is something we hear all day long. It isn't a quiet office job. It is about keeping things clean and making sure the milk stays cold. We have a lot of people working in shifts to keep up with the demand. The industrial area here is busy, and we fit right in with the other factories, but we deal with fresh stuff every single day. We don't have time for corporate jargon or long meetings. We just look at the numbers and make sure the packaging is right. The staff mostly wears uniforms and boots because the floor gets wet from all the cleaning we do. We take pride in just being a local source for something everyone needs. Sometimes there are delays or a truck breaks down, but we just figure it out and keep moving. It’s a messy business sometimes, dealing with liquids and machines, but it is important work. We are just a group of folks working hard in Phase-2 to get the products out on time. The security guard at the gate knows most of us.
