We are located at Plot No. 3911 and 3912. Having two plots gives us some extra room, which we definitely need for the stock. Rajesh Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is basically what we have been doing for years. It's an industrial setting, so don't expect any gardens or nice views. We spend our time checking drums and making sure the labels are right. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and organizing the warehouse. The guys in the back are usually busy with the loading, and those of us in the front handle the phone calls and the orders. It gets pretty loud when the trucks arrive, which happens a lot during the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job at these two plots and go home to our families. The weather affects us a lot; when it's hot, the warehouse feels like an oven. When it rains, we have to move everything inside fast so nothing gets damaged. It’s a simple life, really. We’ve got some long-term workers who have been here since we first got the keys to Plot 3911. We know the local suppliers and the regulars who come by for their chemicals. There is no corporate manual on how to talk to people here. We just talk like normal people do. It’s an honest way to make a living, and the location works well for the deliveries.
