We are over here at H. No. 2/716 in Vinayaka Nagar, right on the Pincha Road in T. Sundupalli Mandal. It gets quite busy around the hatchery during the day, especially when the sun is out in full force over Cuddapah. Most people around here know the spot because it’s a bit of a landmark on this stretch. We spend a lot of our time just managing the daily rhythm of the birds and keeping things moving. It isn't always glamorous work, honestly. There is a lot of dust from the road and it can get noisy, but we are used to it. The team here is mostly local folks from the area who walk or take a bike to get in every morning. We don’t have any fancy reception areas or anything like that. Just some sheds and the office space where we handle all the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out or things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just get on with it. It’s been a part of this community for a while now. When you come down Pincha Road, you can’t really miss us. We stay busy year-round because the work doesn’t really stop for holidays. It's just a regular local place where we focus on the hatchery business without too much fuss. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but that’s just how it goes in this part of Andhra Pradesh. It is just the way we do things here.
