Our group, Sri Bhanukoteswara Swamy Famers Producer Company Limited, is located at 5 36 in Nakkalapalli. It’s a small place in the Simhadripurambalapanuru area where we gather to manage the farming stuff. Most of us have been farming this land for our whole lives, so we decided to start this company to help each other out. The office isn't much more than a room with some files and a few benches, but it is where all the decisions happen. You can find us right there in Nakkalapalli without much trouble. The weather around here gets really hot, so we usually try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with a lot of rules. We just want to get our crops sorted and make sure everyone in the group is doing okay. Sometimes the kids from the village play outside the door while we are inside talking about seeds or rain. It’s a very local thing, and we like it that way. Most people around Simhadripurambalapanuru know who we are and where to find us if they need to talk about the farm work. There is always a bit of dust coming in from the road, but we just sweep it out and keep going. It’s honest work and we do it together.
