Vadhal Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is over in Ramnagar Moha, which is part of the Ijara area in Yavatmal. We operate out of Shri Parshram Ramsing Rathod’s place. It’s a typical farmer producer setup where we’re just a bunch of local guys trying to make the most of what we grow. Yavatmal is a place where farming is the main thing everyone talks about. We deal with the usual stuff like cotton and soybeans. It’s not easy work, and some years the market just isn't on our side. But by being a company together, we can share the costs of seeds and fertilizers, which helps a bit. We aren't some big-city operation with polished floors. Our office is just a room with some basic stuff where we can sit down and look at the numbers. Sometimes we have long meetings that don't go anywhere, but we eventually figure things out. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just want to be able to sell our crops without being cheated. Most of our day is spent outside anyway. We only come into the office when there’s paperwork that absolutely has to be done. If you’re looking for us, just ask for Parshram’s house. Everyone around here knows each other. We’re just regular people trying to do right by our land. The road to Nagpur is long, and we don't get out there too often. We prefer the quiet of our own village.
