Krushix Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are a group of farmers here in Bembala. We started Krushix Farmer Producer Company Limited because we wanted to work together instead of doing everything alone. It’s located at Shri Tumdeo P Raout’s place in Bembla Chrgaon. Most of us have been farming for a long time, just like our fathers did. We deal with the crops we grow right here in this soil. Some days are harder than others, especially when the rain doesn't come on time or the market prices drop. But having this company helps us share the load a bit. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or meeting up to discuss what we need for the next season. It's not a big fancy office or anything like that. It's just us, some local people trying to make a living from the land. We try to help each other get seeds and tools without having to travel too far or pay too much. Sometimes we sit around and just talk about the harvest or the equipment that needs fixing. It’s a simple setup. We are just focused on the work we do every day. There is always something to fix or a field that needs attention. We don't have a lot of workers, just the members who are part of this. It's hard work but it's what we know. We are just trying to keep things moving forward for the families here in our village.
