The Shree Shivshambhu Hi-Tech Producer Company Limited is situated over at 557 Palaskhed Dulat in Chikhali. It’s at Baban Tejrav Gayakwad’s spot. The "hi-tech" part in the name might sound a bit much, but it really just means we are trying to use some newer machines and better seeds than we used to. We are still just local farmers at the end of the day. We spend most of our time out in the sun, not in an office. Chikhali is where we live and work, and this company is just our way of staying together. We deal with all the usual stuff like pests, rain, and finding people to help with the picking. Sometimes it feels like we are just fighting with the soil, but that’s farming for you. Baban’s place is easy to find, and that’s where we keep the shared tools and the records. We don't have any marketing people or anything like that. We just write down what we sold and what we bought. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and we definitely make mistakes, but we’re learning as we go. We just want to make sure our kids have a future here on the land. It’s hard work, and we don't always get it right, but we keep going because that's what we know. It is just life in Palaskhed Dulat.
