Shiratoki Samriddhi Collective Farmers Producer Company Limited is based in Shiradhoki. We operate out of the home of Shri Letu Potu Atram. We are located in Zari Tehsil within the Yavatmal district. Yavatmal is a place where almost everyone is involved in farming in some way. We are a collective, so it is all about working as a group. We do not have a commercial office space or a high-rise building. We just use this local address in Shiradhoki to manage everything. It is a very humble setup, and that is how we like it. Everyone in the village knows where Letu Potu Atram lives, so they can always find us if they need to. We do not have any flashy signs or corporate branding. We just have our meetings in the courtyard or inside the house when it rains. It gets very hot here in the summer, but we keep going. We are just regular farmers ourselves, trying to make things a little better for everyone in our collective. We do not use any fancy English or complex strategies. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. It is a slow process sometimes, and we face a lot of challenges with the weather, but we stay together. Shiradhoki is a small village and we are proud to be part of it. We are just doing what we can with what we have.
