Sai Yavatmal Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located over in Mokh, which is in the Digras area of Yavatmal. The company is set up at Latabai Bandu Ade’s place at number 492. We are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to pool our efforts. Yavatmal is known for its farming, but it’s not always easy for the small guys. We started this to help each other out with things like buying seeds or finding a place to sell our produce without getting cheated. It's not a big corporate setup. Most of the time, we’re out in the fields, and we only come to the office when there’s paperwork to sign or a meeting to attend. We talk about the monsoon and the crop prices. We help the members with getting what they need for their land. We don’t have any fancy brochures or websites. We just work. It’s about making sure everyone gets a fair chance. Sometimes it’s a struggle to keep up with the rules and the regulations, but we do our best. We’re all neighbors here in Mokh. We know each other’s families and each other’s farms. This company is just an extension of that community. We hope to keep things going for a long time, even if it's just one harvest at a time. It’s honest work and we’re proud of it. We don't need much else besides a good rain and a decent price at the end of the season to keep our homes running.
