Most of what we do happens right here in the village or out in the fields. We handle things like seed distribution and getting the crops to the market. It’s a lot of physical labor and a bit of math to make sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the farmers in our group can make a decent living. Some days the tractors break down or the rain doesn't come when it's supposed to. That's just how life is here. We keep our operations simple and direct. If someone needs help with their harvest, we try to figure out a way to assist. It’s about looking out for the community we've lived in forever. We don't use corporate talk because that isn't who we are. We're just Patil and the rest of the guys working hard in Pimparkhed to keep things going year after year.
