Jivnnoti Mahila Producer Company Limited

Jivnnoti Mahila Producer Company Limited is based at House No 7 in Radha Nagari, which is in Ralegoan, Yavatmal. We are a group of women who decided to organize and work together. Our office is just a small house where we meet to talk about our produce and how to sell it. It’s not a corporate boardroom. It’s a place where we sit on the floor or on simple chairs and figure things out. We don't have fancy marketing or a big budget. Most of what we do is based on what we’ve learned from working the land for years. Yavatmal can be a hard place to farm, but we do it anyway. We support each other through the good times and the bad seasons. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, and we have to ask for help, but we are learning. We don't use professional jargon. We just talk about our lives and our work. The house is always busy with someone coming or going. We handle everything from seeds to selling what we grow. It is a lot of responsibility, but we take it seriously. We are just regular women trying to make a living and help our families. It’s not always perfect, but it is ours. We are proud of what we’ve built here in Radha Nagari and we just keep pushing forward together.
