Basheshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited

This company is run out of Digambar Appaji Waswkar’s place in Pimpalkhuta, which is in the Pusad area of Yavatmal. We are a group of farmers who decided it was better to work as one instead of everyone doing their own thing. It’s much easier to get things done when you have a company name behind you, even if we are still just the same people from the village. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. Usually, we just meet up at the house or out by the fields to talk about what needs to be planted next. Yavatmal can be a tough place for farming because of the weather, but we’ve lived here all our lives. We know how the soil feels and when the rain is likely to come. We started this because we wanted to have a bit more say in how our crops are sold. It’s not about getting rich; it’s about making sure everyone gets a fair deal for the hard work they put in. We spend our days dealing with seeds, fertilizers, and the local market. There’s always someone stopping by with a question or a problem to solve. It’s a local effort through and through. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to keep our farms going and take care of our families. That's the real reason we are all here.
