We have been here at Durga Garden on Ambala Road for a good while now. It is a busy spot but we manage to stay on top of things. Most days it is just about getting the metal work done right so people get what they asked for without any fuss. We handle different kinds of metal jobs in the workshop. It gets pretty loud in there with the machines running, but that is just how it is with this kind of trade. Sometimes the orders pile up a bit but we just keep going through them one by one. The neighbors around here know us as the place that always has something happening. It is not a fancy setup or anything polished, just a practical space where we cut and shape things. People come by, tell us what they need for their projects, and we figure out a way to make it happen for them. My father used to say that if you just focus on the work right in front of you, the day goes by a lot faster. That is pretty much how we operate every day. There are times when the machines act up or the material does not arrive exactly when we expect it, but that is just part of the business. We are not trying to be the biggest place around, just consistent. If you walk down Ambala Road, you can hear the metal being moved. (246 words)
