Kadechur Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our little office for Kadechur Farmer Producer Company Limited is at house number 1-112. We are located right in the middle of Kadechur village in the Yadgir area. It’s a quiet place for the most part, but things pick up when the season changes. We are just local people trying to make a go of it with our farming collective. Yadgir can get pretty hot, so we usually start our work very early in the morning before the sun really starts beating down. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s just a room where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the crops. Mostly, we are looking at how to get our produce to the right markets without too much trouble. It is a lot of coordination between the different families in the village. Sometimes we have meetings where everyone talks at once, but we eventually figure things out. We focus on the basics like seeds, fertilizers, and getting a fair price for what we work hard to grow. It is a slow process building something like this from the ground up. We know everyone in the neighborhood, and they know us. If someone has a problem with their field, they usually stop by 1-112 to see if we can help out. It's just honest work in a small town. We are happy with how things are going so far.
