Pancharatna

We are located inside the Palace Compound in Agartala, specifically at the Royal Guest House. This part of the city is usually quite interesting because of the old palace being right there nearby. We have been in this spot for a while now, serving people who stay at the guest house and some locals who wander in for a meal. Agartala has its own pace, and we definitely follow that here. It isn't a fast-moving place. In the mornings, we get everything ready while the city is still waking up. The address is 799001, which is right in the heart of things. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Sometimes the weather gets very rainy, and we just watch the water come down in the courtyard. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals, we just want to make sure the food is ready and the guests have a place to sit. The guest house has its own history and we are just one part of that. Most of our days are spent checking the kitchen supplies and making sure the dining area is decent. It is a practical job and we like the routine of it. If you walk through the Palace Compound, you will eventually find us. It’s a quiet corner for the most part, away from the noisier streets of the main market area and the city traffic.
