KALASH

The place called KALASH is on the ground floor of a building on Hari Ganga Basak Road. This is right in the middle of Agartala, so it's a very busy spot to be in. We are located near Madhya Para Lane and right across from the Swasti Market and the Hawker's Market. If you walk down this road, you will see a lot of people carrying bags and moving around. Our shop or space is quite simple, just a door on the street level. We spend most of the day just keeping things in order and watching the people go by outside. The market area is always loud with people shouting and cars honking, but that is just how Agartala is. Inside, it’s much quieter. We have been here for a bit, and we know most of the other shopkeepers on this lane. It’s not a fancy corporate office or a polished store; it’s just a regular local business. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the name and the address that people use to find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back while chatting with each other. It's a very normal way to spend the day. We like being part of this market because there is always something happening right outside our front door every single morning. It is a bit dusty sometimes but it is our place in the middle of the city.
