V S K Degree College

Bhimavaram is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else, and V S K Degree College is just a part of that local landscape. We are located in the town here in Andhra Pradesh. The college has been standing for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever get around to it. Students come from the surrounding villages early in the morning, often looking a bit tired from the bus ride. We offer different degrees, but it’s mostly about giving the local youth a place to study without having to move to a huge city like Vizag or Hyderabad. The classrooms are basic with wooden benches and plenty of windows to let the breeze in. In the afternoons, you'll see groups of friends standing near the entrance just chatting about their exams or what they're doing for the weekend. We don't have a huge staff, just enough to keep the lectures going and the office running. It’s a bit of a scramble during admission time, but things settle down once the semester starts. We just try to keep things organized so the kids can get their degrees and find some work later on. There’s no big secret to how we run things; it’s just a daily routine of lectures and paperwork in a small town college setting. It serves its purpose for the students here in Bhimavaram, providing a straightforward education for those who need it locally.
