B.Ed. College

We are located out in Gopalapuram, right on P.J. Road. It is a quiet enough area in Andhra Pradesh, away from the massive noise of the bigger cities. This college is where people come when they want to get their degree in education. It is a B.Ed. college, so we see a lot of students who are looking to become teachers in the future. The building is a standard one for this region. We have classrooms that get plenty of light and a staff room where the lecturers spend their time between sessions. The address can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here, but once you get to Gopalapuram, it's pretty easy to spot us on the road. We have a lot of students who travel in from the surrounding villages and smaller towns nearby. It is a very practical environment. We aren't trying to be anything other than a place for learning. The grounds around the building are simple, with some trees for shade when it gets really hot in the summer. Life here moves at a different pace than in places like Hyderabad or Vijayawada. It is a lot more relaxed. Most of our students are very focused because they have a clear goal of getting into the teaching profession. We’ve been part of the local community for a long while now. People know us for the work we do here every day. It is just a plain, working college for future teachers.
