V.V General Store

V.V General Store is located in Tilak Nagar, tucked away in Gali Number 4. If you look for Shop Number 208 in the Main Bazar, that’s where you will find us. Tilak Nagar is a very crowded and hectic place, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. Our store is quite small, but we make use of every inch of space we have. We have things hanging from the ceiling and stacked high on the shelves. We sell everything from light bulbs and batteries to kitchen spices and snacks. Because the alley is narrow, it can get quite cramped when more than two people are inside the shop at once. We usually just stand behind the small wooden counter and reach for whatever the customer asks for. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we know exactly where every item is kept, even in the dark. We have been in this gali for a long time and have seen many shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing, selling daily essentials to the people who live in the nearby buildings. It gets really busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work and realize they forgot to buy something for dinner. We don't have any fancy website or delivery apps, we just serve the people who walk through our door. It’s a humble business, but it keeps us going day after day.
