We are based at House No. 130, Pocket 16 in Janak Puri, which is a bit of a different setup than what you might expect. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly families and small local shops around us. We use this space to manage a lot of the logistical side of things. There are usually boxes stacked up in the corners and people checking through lists. It’s not a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical workspace where we get things sorted. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have so much going on at once. We spend our days on the computer or on the phone, trying to make sure everything is where it should be. The street outside is usually quiet, except for the vegetable sellers who come by in the afternoon. We don’t have a big sign on the gate, just the house number. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s a short commute. We keep things very informal. There’s always a jar of biscuits and some tea going in the back room. We aren't here to put on a show; we are just here to make sure the inventory and the orders are moving along like they are supposed to. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what keeps the business going in this part of Delhi.
