Vicky Power Tools

We have been at 71/2-A on Rama Road for quite a long while now. Most people around here know us because of the industrial area on Najafgarh Road, which stays busy with trucks and noise all day. Vicky Power Tools isn't a fancy place by any means. It’s just a workspace where we handle drills, grinders, and all the different machinery that folks bring in when something stops working. It gets pretty dusty here, especially in the late afternoon, but that’s just how things are in this part of town. We spend most of our mornings sorting out the stock or helping someone find a specific spare part they can't seem to find anywhere else. My hands are usually covered in black grease by lunchtime. Some days are slower than others, but we try to keep the shop organized enough so we can find what a customer needs without making them wait around too long. The traffic outside on Rama Road can be a real headache, especially when it rains and the roads get all messy. We have a small crew here, mostly just guys who have been doing this for years and know exactly how a motor should sound when it’s running right. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. It is just the shop and the tools we use every day. People come in, show us what’s wrong with their equipment, and we see what can be done to fix it up. It’s a simple way to earn a living.
