Rainu Machine Tools (Regd.)

We’ve been at NW-126 in Vishnu Garden for a while now. The street is pretty narrow and it gets quite packed with scooters and people walking by. It’s a busy neighborhood. Our workshop is right there, and you can usually hear the machines running if you’re standing outside. It gets a bit dusty with all the work we do, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We spend a lot of time fixing things and looking at the parts spread out on the benches. Sometimes it’s a bit messy, especially when we have a lot of tools out at once. We usually have the radio on in the background. The neighbors know us, and we know them. It’s the kind of place where things just get done without a lot of fuss. We eat our lunch together in the small back room when we get a chance. The lighting isn’t the best, but we’ve got enough lamps near the work stations. It’s just us here every day, working with our hands. It's not a corporate office with carpets. It’s just a shop floor with concrete and metal. We keep it simple. If something needs doing, we just pick up the tools and start on it. There’s always some iron filings on the floor no matter how much we sweep.
