Our office and warehouse are at B-103 in the Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-1. Mayapuri is a place that never really sleeps; it’s full of the sounds of cutting metal and trucks reversing. Our building is a simple concrete structure that has been our base for quite some time. Inside, it’s mostly racks and stacks of foil and stamping materials. It isn't a place for fancy visitors. We spend our time managing the stock and making sure the orders are packed correctly. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desks are old, but they work just fine for what we do. We are a small group, and we tend to just get on with things. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved, we all help out. The traffic in Mayapuri can be a nightmare, especially when the big trailers are trying to turn in the narrow streets, so we’ve learned to be patient. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we just do our job and don't make a fuss. We have our tea together in the afternoon, talk about the day, and then get back to work. It’s not a polished corporate life, but it’s honest work and we like the community here. The local shops know us and we know them, which makes the long days in Mayapuri feel a bit more like home.
