We have been in Nangloi for a while now, just working out of our small space here. Most of our days are spent looking at different types of seating and making sure everything is put together right. People usually come in looking for office chairs or maybe something for their home desk. It gets busy, and sometimes the workshop is a bit messy with parts and fabric, but that is just how it goes when you are actually doing the work. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights and music. It is just us and the chairs. We started this because we knew a bit about how a good chair should feel when you have to sit in it for eight hours straight. My cousin helps out with the deliveries when he can. We try to keep things simple. If a wheel breaks or a lever sticks, we just fix it. Nangloi is a crowded area, so finding us can be a bit tricky if you are not looking carefully, but we have been at this address long enough that most locals know the spot. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers about foam density and stuff that most people find boring. But it matters if you are sitting down all day. It is not a big corporate thing, just a regular business trying to get orders out on time. Sometimes the tea break lasts longer than it should, but the work always gets done.
