Our place is up on the first floor at Flat No. 16, over in the Kirti Nagar industrial area. It is an old building, number 40 in the DLF section, but it serves us well enough. This part of the city is always loud with trucks and laborers moving heavy stuff around, so you just get used to that constant background noise. We have been in this spot for a long time. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a place for us to sit down and handle the agency work. There is a lot of coming and going because we deal with so many different suppliers and people. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit steep when we are carrying heavy boxes up, but we just get on with it. It is a very practical space. We keep most of the inventory stacked in the back and the desks are tucked up front. It is not one of those modern offices with glass walls and carpets. It is more like an old workshop that we converted so we could have a place to work. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day just to keep ourselves going. Most of our neighbors are in the same kind of industrial trade, so everyone knows each other. It is a tight-knit community here in Kirti Nagar. We do not really have big meetings; it is mostly just quick chats to get things sorted. If a shipment is running late, we are on the phone trying to track it down.
