You can find our office at the Karampura Commercial Complex, specifically in Shivlok House No. 2. We are in unit UG-10. It is a very busy place with loads of other small shops and offices all packed together. Being in a commercial complex means there is always some kind of noise or activity happening right outside our door. We have been set up here for a while, and it works for us to manage the industrial side of the business. The space we have is not huge, but we have managed to cram in everything we need to function. There are stacks of old catalogs and ledgers on the shelves. Sometimes the place feels a bit cluttered, but we usually know where everything is kept. Since it is a ground-floor spot, it makes it easier for people to just drop by when they need something. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and talking to factory managers on the phone. It is not exactly glamorous work, just steady. The air conditioner in the back room makes a strange humming noise, but we have stopped noticing it after all these years. We usually have a small radio playing quietly in the background while we go through the files. Lunch breaks are simple, usually just grabbing a samosa or something from the local stalls nearby. It is a plain life. We do not have a receptionist or anything; whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We like it that way because it keeps everything direct.
