If you head down Street No. 9 in Chanakya Place, you’ll find us there in Janakpuri. It’s a typical Delhi street, narrow in some spots and always full of life. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time. The office itself is tucked away, and you have to know where you’re going to spot us. It’s a basic setup with some old desks and a lot of shelf space for all the documents we have to keep. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it’s just one of us looking up from a computer when someone walks in. Janakpuri is a good area to be in because everything is close by, but the traffic on the main roads can be a headache. We try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. Once we’re here, it’s all about the daily chores—checking the stock, answering calls, and making sure the deliveries are on schedule. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t really gotten around to it because there’s always something more urgent to do. We prefer it this way, where the focus is on the actual work rather than how the office looks. It’s just a normal day for us, moving boxes and writing down numbers in our ledgers until it’s time to go home.
