We are located at Wz 6, Flat No 2, on the ground floor in Shadi Khampur. Our office is in Chaupalwali Gali, which is right across from West Patel Nagar here in New Delhi. Even though the name says Hyderabad, this is where we do most of our day-to-day stuff. It is a small place, nothing fancy at all. We handle technical systems for the pharma industry. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us sitting around desks, answering calls and dealing with paperwork. The street outside is usually pretty crowded with people and scooters, so it can get a bit noisy during the day. We’ve been operating from this flat for several years now. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that because we don't really need one. People usually find us when they need specific parts or help with their systems. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the orders out. Sometimes we have boxes stacked up in the corner when a big shipment comes in. It’s a bit tight, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation; we are just a local team doing our jobs. We usually stay open until the evening, and then we head home. It’s a regular life and a regular business, nothing more than that.
