It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a company like Jubilant Organosys because it’s right in the middle of a residential housing area. The zip code is 110064. Being in the MIG flats means we’re surrounded by families and everyday life, which is a bit different from the usual industrial parks. We spend our days working on the organizational and administrative side of the business from this apartment-style office. It’s not a huge space, so things can get a bit crowded with all the files and desks we have squeezed in. The traffic in New Delhi is always a challenge, but once you get inside Prateeksha, it’s a bit calmer. We have our routines, like getting tea from the stall nearby and catching up on the morning news before diving into work. It's a very practical way to run things. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs and then head home. The neighborhood is busy, with people coming and going from the flats all day long. It makes us feel like we’re part of the city rather than being stuck in some glass building somewhere. It’s worked out fine for us over the years, and we’ve gotten used to the layout. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
